- Click on "Shop" or "Joke Underwear" to select the line of products of your choice
- Click on the desired category you wish to view. Click "Guys", "Girls" or "MK Artists" to sort our products accordingly
- Click on the product you wish to view and buy
- Press the "add to bag" button to add it in your basket. Repeat this action for more products
- Click "view bag" or "Checkout" on the top right side to proceed to checkout
- As a new customer you will be asked to register with the MK or simply checkout as guest
- Checking out as a guest you will be asked to enter your contact details. This is step 1.
- After filling your details you will be asked to fill your billing details. This is step 2.
- Your billing address will be used as your shipping address unless stated differently
- You will be also asked to choose a shipping method of your preference. This is step 3. To read more about shipping methods please click here.

* If there is any problem with your order we will contact you at your email address or via phone.
2. I HAVE A FAULTY/MISSING ITEM...
In the unlikely event that you receive your order and an item is missing or faulty then please contact customer services immediately at info@mkaywear.com
3. IS IT SAFE TO PLACE MY ORDER ONLINE?
Yes! We use a Secure server to ensure your payment details remain safe. Ordering online is the quickest most efficient way to order from us. We want to remind you that no credit card information is stored in our server and your contact details remain safely stored and are not used by any other or for any other purpose than to complete your order. However we would like to inform you that if you wish to purchase an item without using your credit card you can choose another payment method from our payment options.
Prices quoted on our web store is EUR. If ordering from outside these countries, your credit card company/bank will convert the equivalent amount into your local currency.
If your order is unsuitable for any reason you can return it to us for a full refund or an exchange within 7 days of purchase (30 days overseas customer).
In brief you will need to:
- Mail the item with the completed order receipt to our Returns Department to: Returns Department, MKaywear, Ko 28 Street, Metamorfosi, Attiki, Athens, Greece
- Pay for the cost of shipping for returning the item to us.
- Ensure the item for refund/exchange is unworn, unwashed and in its original condition. Sorry we cannot exchange or refund underwear for hygiene reasons!
6. WHY HASN'T MY PAYMENT GONE THROUGH?
As mentioned above, our payment system is very secure. Payments not going through can be due to spending too much time (over 15 minutes) on the payment section. Also, there is the unlikely chance that your bank or one of the transaction systems is too busy and may not respond to the payment request. If this happens, waiting around a half hour or using a different credit card will solve this problem.
If the problem still persists, you may also use your credit card through PayPal.
7. I LIVE OVERSEAS. CAN I ORDER FROM YOUR SITE?
Yes we will ship to all countries* around the world. When you pay for your items the prices will be shown in EUR however if you are not paying in this currency, your bank/credit card will charge your account in your countries currency at the daily exchange rate.
*Please note if you do not live in an EEC country you will be responsible for any custom charges imposed in your country, we cannot predict what these might be and you may like to contact your local customs office to find out more.
8. HOW WILL I KNOW THAT MY PAYMENT WAS SUCCESSFUL?
You will receive an email from our system to confirm that you have successfully paid for your order. This email will have your order number. Please keep this number in case of any complications.
If you do not receive a confirmation email, most likely the payment did not go through. Reasons for this can be found in the chapter "why hasn't my payment gone through".
9. CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Yes! We will be very happy to change or cancel your order depending on your order status. If your order has not yet shipped to you it is possible to change it or cancel it. To make sure that you are capable of changing or canceling your order please make sure that you contact us about your cancelation as soon as possible. Orders are dispatched within a short time in order to keep up with our order standards so you need to be quick.
We regret that once an order has been dispatched we cannot cancel/change that order, therefore you will need to return the order to us for a refund/exchange.
Please send an email to mkay@mkaywear.com with the following information regarding your store:
- Shop Name
- Contact Name (full)
- Address and Phone Number
- Brands the store currently carries
- Photographs of the store (inside and outside)
**Please Note**
We do not sell to online or web based stores.
If you have a physical retail store and a web based store, you will not be allowed to sell on the internet.
We do not sell to stores who are not open yet, you must have an existing store that is currently open for business.
In general, if we have an account in your city, most likely we will not open another account in the same vicinity, but feel free to inquire.
